3-Day Easy Returns: Kavishree accepts return requests within 3 days of delivery.
Return window
You can request a return within 3 days of your order being delivered. Only orders marked as delivered are eligible for a return request. Once the 3-day window has passed, the order is no longer eligible for a return.
How to request a return
- Sign in and open My Orders.
- Select the delivered order and choose “Request return”.
- Tell us the reason for the return and submit the request.
After you request a return
Our team reviews every request and updates its status on your order page. Only one return request can be open for an order at a time.
